Surgiright will use reasonable endeavors to ensure that all medical and surgical instruments supplied by us:
- Correspond accurately to their description, technical catalogs, and any agreed-upon specifications.
- Be of satisfactory quality and fit for the intended medical and surgical purposes designated by Surgiright.
- Be free from defects in design, materials, and workmanship, remaining so for a period of 3 years from the date of delivery under normal intended use and proper handling.
- Comply fully with all applicable statutory, legal, and European regulatory requirements (including ISO 13485 and CE marking directives) relating to manufacture, labeling, packaging, storage, handling, and delivery.
Surgiright gives no assurance or warranty whatsoever that the sale, reselling, or use of the Goods will not infringe upon any patent, design right, registered trademark, copyright, or other industrial property rights held by any other person, firm, or company.
Warranty Claims & Limitations:
The money-back guarantee provided to the Customer is limited to 1 year from delivery. After this initial 1-year period, eligible repairs, maintenance, and product replacements will be issued at a minimal service charge for the remaining duration of the 3-year warranty period.
