Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.

Standard Returns & Exchanges

• We gladly accept returns or exchanges for any purchase in its original condition within 30 days of receipt, issued via the original method of payment.

• Defective merchandise will be exchanged within the first 7 days of receipt.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective or arrives in an unacceptable condition, you must notify us within 15 business days of delivery at info@surgiright.eu.

• We will replace the item and cover all shipping costs to and from your location, or issue a full refund as per your preference.

Returning Non-Defective Products (Customer Error / Change of Mind)

In cases where goods are not defective and the customer requests a return, Surgiright is under no contractual obligation to accept the return, except in the event of an error on our part regarding the amount or type of goods delivered.

• If we agree to accept a return, return shipping labels are not provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to ship the product back securely.

• Products must be clean, unused, and in their original packaging.

Restocking Fees

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns of non-defective products.

Credits and Refunds

Once the returned product is received back and inspected in acceptable condition, we will issue a credit to your original method of payment, excluding shipping costs and the applicable restocking fee.
